Are
Northwest Arkansas Emerging Leaders exists to connect and engage Northwest Arkansas young professionals through personal and professional development experiences. Membership is open to anyone in Northwest Arkansas that has a desire to get involved in the community, expand their leadership skills, and become engaged in the program of work. There are no ongoing requirements or minimum participation levels. Joining simply requires completing an online registration form.

Through meeting new people and learning about our community, we hope you will find the outlet you’ve been searching for. We host several networking events for young professionals throughout the year that are a great opportunity to network. At the event, you’ll learn all about NWAEL and how to get the most out of your membership.

Start attending other events and join an initiative to begin making an impact in NW Arkansas.
